Ed White is the Managing Partner at Business Aviation Solutions, responsible for both day-to-day operations as well as the company’s strategic vision. With over 35 years of best-practices operations, and with an ability to listen and understand each client’s specific needs, Ed has the experience to help both small and large organizations find unique solutions and creative perspectives for achieving excellence. His expertise at all levels of business aviation, from tarmac to C-suite, makes him uniquely qualified to assist clients in developing greater levels of safety, compliance, efficiency and success.
Charles ODell
Partner, Senior Consultant
Charles ODell specializes in Aircraft Management and Air Charter at Business Aviation Solutions and is a welcome addition to the team. Charlie has spent the last 28 years building diverse businesses that include FAA Part 91 private jet operations, Part 121 air carriers, and Part 135 charter flight operations. He has over 14,000 hours of flight time in numerous jet aircraft and maintains currency on two types of large cabin, intercontinental business jets. Charlie has been appointed by the Federal Aviation Administration a designated check airman on multiple aircraft.
Greg Paxson
Partner, Senior Consultant
Greg Paxson leads the Aircraft Maintenance consultancy at Business Aviation Solutions. He has held Director of Maintenance and Vice President of Maintenance positions with several large management and charter companies. Having multiple opportunities to merge acquired companies, Greg has become an expert in process refinement and improvement. He is an expert in regulatory compliance and maintenance best practices. Greg has groomed multiple maintenance organizations to meet certifications from IS-BAO (Stages I, II, and III), Wyvern, Argus, ACSF, EJM and other auditing entities.
Kelly Wagner
Director of Finance Services
Kelly Wagner has been the Director of Finance Services for Business Aviation Solutions since 2014. Kelly also serves as Director of Accounting for Elm3 Financial for the past 13 years. Assisting businesses in a wide range of industries including aviation, technology, travel, professional services, and wholesale distribution. Kelly specializes in providing Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll Services for Business Aviation Solutions, using her expertise to financially manage the challenges of growth and diversification. Kelly brings over 13 years of experience in a variety of accounting services, is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor® and is also an Enrolled Agent (EA) recognized by the U.S. Treasury department as a tax practitioner to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
